In 2019, Niele’s strategic insight caught the attention of Fox Television executives Jack Abernethy and Stephen Brown. Her advocacy for a dedicated Black-focused streaming platform became the catalyst for the launch of Fox Soul. Beyond her executive influence, Niele is a fixture in daily media. She currently serves as the co-host of Black Press USA’s daily morning show, delivering sharp commentary on headlines impacting the Black community.
Her portfolio includes partnerships with major outlets like The Shade Room, In the Black Network, and Radio One. Recently, she added "filmmaker" to her credentials with the release of "Stolen," a poignant documentary exploring the Black Lives Matter movement.A proud Los Angeles native and Grambling State University alumna, Niele continues to shape the narrative of Black culture.
